Sulav, specializing in corporate law, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution, heads and oversees the firm’s practices. He has offered counsel and representation to a diverse range of domestic and international clients, including banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations, foreign entities, and prominent Nepalese corporate entities. Sulav has handled high-value litigation cases in the District Court, High Court, and Supreme Court of Nepal.
Education:
Sulav has obtained five years B.A.LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law and completed his Masters in Corporate Law and Constitutional Law from National Law College, Tribhuvan University. He is Advocate license by Nepal Bar Council.
